In new documents obtained by TMZ, Jane Doe told the judge that private investigators Charlotte Henderson and James Butler showed up uninvited at her Alabama home. During the interaction, Doe claimed she โtrembled the entire timeโ and was far from โcalm, natural, or at ease,โ as the investigators described her.

Doe is also accusing the investigators of twisting her words in a recorded conversation to suggest she retracted her rape allegations against Jay-Z. She denied telling them, as they claimed, that she โtold them four times Jay-Z was not involvedโ in the assault after the 2000 VMAs. โI never stated that Mr. Carter did not assault me,โ Doe said.

In tapes obtained by ABC News, Doe mostly responds with โyeahโ to questions, though at one point, she suggested her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, pushed her to sue Jay-Z. She now insists she never made such a statement. Doe also implied the tapes were edited to misrepresent her.
Her attorney, Buzbee, criticized the investigators for manipulating her words, calling the recording a โfabricationโ and asserting that Doeโs claim of assault by Jay-Z remains unchanged. The legal battle continues, with Jay-Zโs team denying the allegations and pursuing lawsuits for defamation and malicious prosecution.
