Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revoked security clearances for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and former national security adviser Jake Sullivan, along with other Biden administration officials.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, former U.S. Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, attorney Mark Zaid, attorney Norman Eisen, and former Assistant United States Attorney Andrew Weissman also had their security clearances revoked. Gabbard noted that the 51 signers of the Hunter Biden “disinformation” letter had their security clearances revoked as well, though two of them have since died.

Those named will no longer have access to classified information.

“The President’s Daily Brief is no longer being provided to former President Biden,” Gabbard said.

Trump previously revoked former President Joe Biden’s access to classified information with the precedent of Biden revoking his own access in February 2021.

“He set this precedent in 2021, when he instructed the Intelligence Community (IC) to stop the 45th President of the United States (ME!) from accessing details on National Security, a courtesy provided to former Presidents. The Hur Report revealed that Biden suffers from ‘poor memory’ and, even in his ‘prime,’ could not be trusted with sensitive information,” Trump said last month.

“I will always protect our National Security — JOE, YOU’RE FIRED. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he concluded.

When Trump announced the revocation of the security clearances of the 49 former officials who cast doubt on the Hunter Biden laptop story, a CIA spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that it “complied with the executive order.”

TRUMP REMOVES SECURITY PROTECTION FOR MIKE POMPEO: REPORT

Trump has retaliated against a number of former officials hostile to him and accused them of abusing their positions of power. Critics have likewise decried the moves as an abuse of power by Trump.

In addition to revoking security clearances of Biden allies, the president also stripped the security protections of some of his own former officials. Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, former aide Brian Hook, and former national security adviser John Bolton all had their security protection revoked.
